Employment Opportunities
Our most
important assets here at Trauma Care Emergency Services, Inc. are our front line field
providers. Our staff is a dedicated and experienced group of people. As a
relatively small company, Trauma Care has been able to maintain a family oriented
atmosphere with a low turnover of personnel. Trauma Care
provides competitive pay, benefits, flexible scheduling, and continuous
training to keep you up to date with all the latest trends in emergency
medical care.
A small but dedicated staff allows Trauma Care to provide a high level of training and
supervision for its personnel. Safety issues and training are addressed
directly and immediately through direct communication with the staff, an open
door policy, and constant interaction with management. All Trauma
Care
supervisory staff members continue to serve as field providers and dispatchers
in order to maintain a realistic perspective and remain in touch with the
needs of the field staff.
Trauma Care is
extremely proud of its field staff. The staff does a mix of emergency and
non-emergency work in an extremely busy system. Our providers respond to a
significant amount of emergency calls.
